According to the Promotional Marketing Association, sweepstakes promotions in the United States are governed by a complex web of federal and state statutes that collectively protect consumer rights while enabling lawful promotional play. These sweepstakes terms and conditions govern your access to and use of TheWinZone platform, including all virtual currency promotions, sweepstakes entries, and redemption activities. By creating an account or participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read this document carefully before registering or participating.
These sweepstakes terms and conditions are subject to change at any time at TheWinZone’s sole discretion. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. No purchase necessary to play or win. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law.
1. Eligibility Requirements
Participation in TheWinZone sweepstakes promotions is open only to natural persons who meet all eligibility criteria set forth herein. Eligibility is determined at the time of registration and may be re-evaluated at any time during a participant’s account tenure. The following conditions must be satisfied in order to participate.
- Participant must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater.
- Participant must be a legal resident of an eligible jurisdiction as defined in Section 7 of these terms.
- Participant must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of TheWinZone or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member or household member of such persons.
- Participant must not be under any legal disability or restriction that would prevent valid acceptance of these terms.
- Participant must maintain a single, verified account in compliance with Section 2 of these terms.
TheWinZone reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant at any time and to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy all applicable requirements. Determinations of eligibility made by TheWinZone are final and binding.
2. Account Registration
To participate in sweepstakes promotions on TheWinZone, you must register for a single account using accurate, current, and complete information. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent disqualification and forfeiture of all associated virtual currency balances.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify TheWinZone immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. TheWinZone will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Account registration requires submission of a valid email address, a unique username, date of birth, and jurisdiction of residence. TheWinZone may require additional identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, in order to confirm eligibility or process a redemption request.
3. Sweepstakes Rules
TheWinZone operates as a sweepstakes casino platform. No purchase necessary to play or win. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law. The sweepstakes promotions offered on this platform are governed by these sweepstakes terms and conditions and all applicable laws of the participant’s jurisdiction of residence.
Participants may obtain Sweeps Coins, which are the promotional currency used for sweepstakes play, through eligible coin package purchases (where Sweeps Coins are provided as a promotional bonus), through the Alternative Method of Entry described in Section 6, or through other promotional mechanisms offered by TheWinZone from time to time. The odds of winning in any sweepstakes game depend on the number of entries received and the specific mechanics of each game.
TheWinZone reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any sweepstakes promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law. All decisions by TheWinZone regarding sweepstakes outcomes, prize validation, and eligibility determinations are final and binding. Fraud, misrepresentation, or any attempt to manipulate or circumvent the promotional system will result in immediate disqualification and may be reported to relevant authorities.
4. Gold Coins — No Cash Value
Gold Coins are a virtual in-game currency available on the TheWinZone platform. Gold Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for prizes, cash, or any other item of monetary value. Gold Coins are provided solely for entertainment purposes and are used exclusively for social gameplay within the platform.
Gold Coins may be obtained through coin package purchases, daily bonuses, promotional events, or other distributions offered by TheWinZone at its discretion. Purchased Gold Coins are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Gold Coins may not be transferred between accounts, sold, bartered, or otherwise exchanged for anything of value outside the platform.
The balance of Gold Coins in your account does not constitute a property right or any form of legal entitlement. TheWinZone reserves the right to modify, revoke, or expire Gold Coin balances in accordance with these terms or applicable promotional rules. Any unused Gold Coins remaining in a closed or suspended account will be forfeited.
5. Sweeps Coins and Redemption
Sweeps Coins are the promotional sweepstakes currency on the TheWinZone platform. Unlike Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins accumulated through legitimate sweepstakes play may be redeemed for prizes, including cash equivalents, subject to the conditions set forth in this section and any applicable promotional rules. Sweeps Coins may not be purchased directly.
To submit a redemption request, your account must be in good standing, your identity must be verified to TheWinZone’s satisfaction, and your Sweeps Coin balance must meet the minimum redemption threshold as published on the platform. Redemption requests are subject to review and may be delayed pending verification. TheWinZone reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any redemption.
Sweeps Coins obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited means are not eligible for redemption and will be forfeited. Redemption values and minimum thresholds are subject to change at TheWinZone’s discretion with reasonable notice. All redemptions are subject to applicable tax reporting obligations, and participants are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on prizes received.
6. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
No purchase is necessary to obtain Sweeps Coins and participate in sweepstakes promotions on TheWinZone. Eligible participants may request free Sweeps Coins by submitting a handwritten request via postal mail in accordance with the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) process described herein. This method of entry is provided in compliance with applicable sweepstakes law to ensure that participation is available without any purchase obligation.
To submit a valid AMOE request, the participant must handwrite their full legal name, account username, date of birth, and complete mailing address on a plain index card or piece of paper. The handwritten request must be mailed in an envelope with proper first-class postage to the AMOE address published on the platform’s Contact or Promotions page. Requests submitted by means other than handwriting, such as typed or printed text, are not valid and will not be honored.
Each AMOE request may yield one standard Sweeps Coin allocation per eligible participant per calendar month, consistent with the standard promotional bonus. AMOE requests are subject to the same eligibility requirements as all other methods of entry. TheWinZone is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or undeliverable mail. Mechanically reproduced or photocopied submissions will not be accepted.
7. Prohibited States and Territories
TheWinZone sweepstakes promotions are offered only in jurisdictions where such promotions are lawful. The sweepstakes is void in Quebec, Canada, and in all other jurisdictions where prohibited by applicable law. It is the participant’s responsibility to determine whether participation is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence prior to registering or playing. 8. Coin Packages and Purchases
TheWinZone offers optional coin packages for purchase that provide Gold Coins along with promotional Sweeps Coins as a bonus. The purchase of a coin package is entirely voluntary and is not required to participate in sweepstakes promotions. All purchases are processed through third-party payment processors and are subject to their applicable terms and conditions.
Coin package prices, contents, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. All sales are final except where refunds are required by applicable law. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting TheWinZone support may result in account suspension pending investigation. TheWinZone reserves the right to limit the number or value of coin packages that any single account may purchase within a given period.
Participants are solely responsible for any fees, taxes, or surcharges imposed by their financial institution or jurisdiction in connection with coin package purchases. TheWinZone does not accept responsibility for failed transactions resulting from issues with a participant’s payment method or financial institution. Any questions regarding a specific transaction should be directed to TheWinZone’s customer support through the contact channels provided on the platform.
